Dairy products are improtant sources of key nutrients for health and wellness. Did you know that sheep's milk offers more key nutrients than cow's or goat's milk?

If you have more questions about sheep's milk and how it can benefit you, please refer to your doctor or nutritionist

When we make yogurt and cheese it's done with minimal processing. No separation of skim and cream. No homogenization. No straining our yogurt to concentrate milk solids as is done with Greek yogurt. We start with pure, whole sheep's milk, use traditional dairy fermentations, and share our earnestly delicious dairy products with you.

Health Benefits of Sheep's Milk

Minimal Processing

All Natural Ingredients

We start with the highest quality sheep's milk, and don't want to interfere with it's naturally delicious taste.  So, you won't find preservatives, artificial sweeteners or stabilizers. You will enjoy fresh milk from family farms, probiotic dairy cultures, and only the highest quality ingredients like pure maple syrup and homemade jams.

Pure. Simple. Nutritious

With sheep's milk you get:

  • More protein and fat than cow or goat's milk
  • More vitamins (A, B and E) and minerals (calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and zinc) than cow or goat's milk
  • Rich (25%) medium chain fatty acids that are easy to digest and have little effect on cholesterol. This type of fat burns off as fuel for the body, are favored by endurance athletes and health conscious people and do not raise LDL (bad) cholesterol.
  • High levels of CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) which is an anti-toxin, fat reducing, milk fatty acid

Sheep's milk offers other benefits too, including:

  • A well-tolerated, low to non-allergenic protein source (great alternative to those sensitive to cow's milk)
  • Twice the amino acid lysine compared to cow or goat milk
